I’ve worked lots of financial clients including HSBC, TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland, Intelligent Finance, Goldfish, NS&I and Hitachi Personal Finance, but It’s not every day that you get to help build a bank from scratch. But that’s what I did with Atom Bank. I helped craft their tone of voice and also wrote the UX copy for the app. Since the launch I’ve worked on everything from their internal communications and website, to their social posts including these recruitment ads. For me it’s about getting their tone of voice into everything, even their website error page. They’re a great client and a lovely bunch to work for.
